Since all our products are digital (mostly in PDF format), returns aren’t really possible. However, we understand that a person may want a refund due to many reasons, therefore we have the following policy for refunds.
Our Refund Policy:
- If you don’t receive the link download your order after purchase, you should contact us and we’ll send the ebook to you ASAP. You can request a full refund anytime.
- We have 7 days refund policy in case if a product doesn’t meet the description, is the wrong edition, or not formatted properly. We will refund you the full amount of the item cost.
- If you have mistakenly purchased an ebook, and inform us almost immediately, we’ll refund you the full amount of the item cost. However, this is done on a case by case basis and we take some things into consideration like how soon you informed us, did you download the ebook or not, etc.
- In case of duplicate purchase, double charge etc, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your refund request, a refund is initiated within 24 hours. We refund your purchase back to the original payment method or PayPal account.
- For PayPal payments, you will receive the money within 24 hours once we have verified your refund request is valid.
- For credit and debit card payments, we will send refunds to the card-issuing bank within five to seven business days.
In the unlikely event that we’re unable to send refunds to the original payment method or your PayPal account, we may provide refunds by coupons or vouchers redeemable for future purchases on our website.
